President
Artie Williams is a native of Dallas and has lived in Little Elm for over 7 years. Artie currently works in Little Elm in a leadership role for ER of Texas as the Director of Marketing. He is an experienced Marketing Director and has over 10 years of Marketing and Sales experience. With a deep understanding of Healthcare Marketing and Sales best practices, with several years of experience with helping organizations grow through Marketing and Business Development. Artie has accomplished great success transitioning his experience in the health care industry. As the Director of Marketing, planning the overall marketing strategy, managing all internet campaigns to include SEO, managing the social media, hands-on involvement in a variety of marketing logistics, including event production, building relationships with key leaders/influencers within the community, creating solid partnerships within the medical industry and beyond the medical industry. Artie has served on a volunteer basis on the Board of Directors for The Colony Chamber of Commerce, serving two (2) terms where he was dedicated to helping businesses in the community grow. He is also active with the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce.

Lindsay Reyes, a local realtor and owner of Platinum Real Estate, is a dedicated and passionate member of the community and Little Elm ISD, and she has a vested interest in the success of both. She is the mother of two sons attending Little Elm Schools and has been actively involved with the PTA since her boys first entered Brent Elementary. She was also the founding President of the Jerry R. Walker Middle School PTA. “I love being able to make a contribution to the district and to the amazing teachers who put in so much effort to ensure our children succeed. Serving with The Education Foundation is a great way to make that happen." In addition, she is an active member of the Little Elm ISD zoning committee. Lindsay and her husband, a McKinney firefighter, have been happy to call Little Elm their home for the past 12 years.

Joseph Florentino currently serves as Little Elm, Texas Assistant Town Manager – Director of Public Safety. He is also the Emergency Management Coordinator and Director of Information Technology for the Town. He has spent more than 27 years in the public safety sector. Mr. Florentino served on the board of the International Fire Chief’s Association for eight years, on the strategic planning committee for the Texas Fire Chief’s Association, Treasurer of the Denton County Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police and President of Santa’s Elves of Little Elm. He is a past president of the Denton County Fire Chief’s Association and was the Texas State Coordinator for the Texas Intrastate Mutual Aid System (TIFMAS).
Mr. Florentino obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from State University of New York – New Paltz. He is a Certified Public Manager through the American Academy of Certified Public Managers (facilitated through Texas State University), is a graduate of the Texas Fire Chief’s Academy earning his Certified Fire Executive and is Fire Service Chief Executive Officer through the Texas A&M University Mays Business School. He resides in Little Elm with his wife of 21 years and their son and daughter who both attend LEISD.

Stuart Snook is currently a financial advisor with Edward Jones with a branch located in Frisco Texas. Stuart graduated with his bachelor's in business administration from Northeast Louisiana University and his master's from Louisiana Tech University. He is currently volunteering with the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Board of Directors and an Ambassador, the DFW Alumni Chapter of Louisiana Tech University, Little Elm Love-pacs, and Little Elm Rotary. In the past, Stuart has been on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Tech Alumni Association and Delta Chi Educational Foundation.
Stuart is married to his wife Lori, a former employee of Little Elm ISD, and has two sons, Connor and Caleb. In their spare time, Stuart and Lori love to travel and spend time with family.

Chad Nuzum has been the Central Regional Manager for HALL Family Wines since August 2012. His territory includes nine states within the region, focusing on growing their three wineries: HALL, WALT, & BACA. HALL Family Wines parent group, HALL Group, is headquartered in downtown Dallas with a presence in Frisco at HALL Office Park. Prior to joining the HALL Family team, Chad worked for four years on the distributor side with Glazer’s, now Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. During his tenure there, he had experience selling Diageo, Constellation, LVMH, and Gallo wines to retailers. Chad joined their fine wine division and became a key account representative handling high-profile restaurant and retail accounts. Chad received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an Entrepreneur focus from Louisiana State University.
Chad moved to Dallas at the beginning of 2012 and continued working within the fine wine division before joining HALL Family Wines. Chad and his wife, Amy, moved to The Tribute in 2013 and have two sons, Chad Jr. and Carson, who attend Prestwick STEM Elementary. Chad is involved within the LEISD Foundation Board of Directors and Prestwick Watch D.OG.S. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, fishing, traveling, and cooking.

Jill Elliott was born and raised through age 12 in Minneapolis, MN. Her family moved to The Colony, TX, where she graduated from The Colony High School. In 2008, she graduated from Sam Houston State University (SHSU) with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Human Resource Management. After graduation, she began working as a HR generalist for McKesson. She has held various HR roles at McKesson over the past 13 years, most recently as a Senior Benefit & Leaves Specialist.
SHSU is also where she met her husband, Dr. Joshua Elliott. In 2014, they moved to Little Elm. And a few years later, they decided Little Elm was going to be their forever home – where they built a family and started a business. In 2019, they opened Elliott Spine & Sport, a local family Chiropractic and sports performance office. They have two boys, Andrew & Caleb, and a dog, Harley.
On top of being a busy mom, HR professional and co-owner at ESS, Jill is very active in the community. She currently holds the position of President for Valencia on the Lake’s Social Committee, in addition to Treasurer of Lakeview Elementary’s PTA. Jill is excited to expand her service in the community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Little Elm Education Foundation.

As Founder and CEO of Asinpa, Tavo Vasconcelos is focused on transforming IT services by providing innovative, strategic solutions that are affordable. With over 20+ years of broad IT experience ranging from IT leadership to post-merger integration and staff retention, he has helped organizations achieve their business goals by leveraging technology. Tavo's servant leadership approach enables him to align and balance cultures and heterogeneous technology while fostering talent and leadership in those around him. He is a natural leader in custom software solutions with expertise in delivering software products and services to the marketplace and the ability to transform IT organizations.
Tavo has earned a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, is a Certified Scrum Master, and is fluent in English and Spanish. He lives in The Colony, Texas, where he and his wife are raising their two daughters and two sons. Tavo is active in the community and has served as a soccer and softball coach. In his personal time, he enjoys golfing and indoor soccer.

Mary Watkins is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Baker Growth Specialists, a leader in insurance broker recruiting and training. Mary leads a team that specializes in finding and attracting the best insurance broker sales talent from and for the Top 100 brokerages in the insurance industry. Mary is a graduate of St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
Mary has been married to her husband, Eric, for 28 years. The couple has four children. The Watkins family moved to Little Elm in June of 2004. Mary’s three sons graduated from Little Elm High School in 2013, 2017, and 2021. Their youngest child is a member of the class of 2027. Mary believes all of our kids are all of our kids and has worked in various capacities to help the students and teachers of Little Elm ISD.
Mary served in multiple PTA offices in several district campuses as well as on The Lobo Club Executive Board. In 2015, she created and planned the high school choir’s craft fair. Mary participated in CLASS 2019, both 2017 and 2021 Long Range Facilities Planning Committees, and the WolfPAC. In 2022, she was elected to Place 6 on the LEISD Board of Trustees.
Mary looks forward to working with the LEISDEF to grow and do great things for the students and teachers in our district.

Ken Beber, AIF® and CFS®, serves as the Executive Vice President and a Financial Advisor for Peak Financial, Inc. With more than 20 years in the financial services industry and 31 years in executive management roles, Ken is also a registered fiduciary with FINRA and the SEC. Ken thrives in his role as a financial mentor and focuses on advising a select group of high net worth clients through all stages of their financial lives.
He is actively involved in the community by serving on the Little Elm ISD Education Foundation, Watch D.O.G.S. Coordinator at Prestwick STEM Academy and a Resident Advisor for The Tribute Resident Advisory Council. Ken enjoys fishing, playing golf, travelling, volunteering, and spending most of his time with family.

Cathy Capps Warren serves as Senior Vice President Business Development Manager for Tiago Title. With more than six years in the Real Estate Industry, and over 20 years in Sales and Management, Cathy is also active in the Women’s Council of Realtor’s Dallas and Collin County. She was the WCR Programs Director for four years, 2017 President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America DFW, Board of Director for Collin County Association of Realtors, including committees through TREPAC and as a Texas Realtor Leadership Program Alumni Class VIII.
She continues to be involved with the community and civic activities, including being an Alumnus of Leadership Plano Class 26, River Ranch Education Charities and the Prestonwood Polo organization, Past President of Little Elm Athletic Youth Sports Association, Little Elm Baseball High School Booster Club and Little Elm Education Foundation Board. Cathy loves to travel and enjoys sports with her husband and four children.
For the past 17 years, Denise Hanti has been helping people, teams, and businesses be successful. She is excited to help Little Elm ISD become "The Destination District." Denise holds a Masters of Business Administration and believes every child deserves access to a quality education, so when asked she gladly volunteered to be a part of Little Elm ISD's Strategic Planning Committee in 2015. In her previous role, she served as the VP of Programs for the LEISD Education Foundation. As a Keller Williams Real Estate Agent serving greater Dallas, Denise enjoys making people's real estate dreams a reality on a daily basis. Recognized as one of D Magazine's Top Real Estate Agents 2015 and 2016, she also serves on Keller Williams Plano Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and will be their Education Chair for 2017. Denise recognizes learning and education is fundamental to success and Little Elm ISD is especially important to Denise because her two children attend Prestwick STEM Academy within LEISD.
With over 30 years in ministry, a commitment to prayer, servanthood, growing the Kingdom of God, and his love for the scriptures; Pastor James Hutchins has committed his life to touching and inspiring people. Pastor Hutchins has been Lead Pastor of New Life Community Church in Frisco, TX since 2007.
He has enjoyed working with diverse, community-focused organizations and building strategic alliances with public and private organizations. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business and a Master’s of Divinity. He retired from the United States Navy in 2000 with over 20 years in service to his country.
Pastor Hutchins has been married for 40 years; they have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren. His strong desire is to be a vessel that God can use to help bring men, women, boys and girls to the Lord.
Erin Mudie is currently serving as the Managing Director of Communications and Marketing for the Town of Little Elm. Erin has been with the Town since 2018, starting as a Digital Content Specialist. Over the past three years, Erin has worked to centralize all Town communications to one department and to advance the Little Elm brand. Prior to working with the Town, Erin worked in marketing and digital content creation for a wide range of industries, including real estate and high-end cosmetic and plastic surgery services. Erin is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a B.A. in English and a B.A. in American History. In her spare time, Erin enjoys coaching youth soccer and spending time with her husband Dave, and her son, Tom.
